how long does shipping take?
standard 3–7 business days. express 1–3. free standard on orders over $45.

do you ship internationally?
yes, to select countries. rates calculated at checkout. 7–21 business days. customs/duties are buyer's responsibility.

can I track my order?
yes — you'll receive a tracking email once shipped.

returns & exchanges

can I return?
14 days from delivery. items must be unused, in original packaging. hygiene items (hair accessories, earrings) are excluded.

how do I start a return?

are products good quality?
every piece is sample-tested before being added to the shop. if anything goes wrong, we make it right.

what if my product arrives damaged?
email us within 14 days with photos — we'll replace or refund immediately.

how do I use WELCOME15?
add to cart, enter code at checkout. one use per customer.
