our small steps toward something bigger

we're a small business, and we'll be honest — we're not pretending to be perfect. but here's what we're doing, and what we're committed to.

packaging

• recyclable kraft mailers (no plastic)
• tissue paper made from recycled fibres
• thank-you cards on FSC certified paper
• tape: paper-based, plastic-free

sourcing

where possible, we work with suppliers who follow ethical labor standards. for accessories made overseas, we look for certified factories. we're building this knowledge as we grow — and we'll keep being transparent about it.

shipping

we ship via australia post (carbon-neutral shipping option enabled) and consolidate orders into single shipments to reduce footprint.

returns

we keep returns to a minimum by being honest in product descriptions, photographing accurately, and answering DMs before purchase. if you do return, we reuse the packaging.

what we don't do (yet)

we're not yet b-corp certified. we don't offset all emissions. we use some PU leather. but we're learning, and we'd rather show our actual progress than make claims we can't back.
