We want you to absolutely love your pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-returnable items

• Hygiene items (hair accessories, earrings) for safety reasons
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
